How the 888starz bet line is built
The line is the list of events on which bets are accepted, with odds for each outcome. At 888starz it holds over a thousand events a day; it opens in the Sport section, where sports are listed and, inside them, tournaments and matches. For a popular match the operator offers around 30 markets on average: from the main outcome to individual player statistics.
The odds show how many times the stake grows on a win: 1.85 on a home win means 185,000 UZS for every 100,000 UZS. The lower the odds, the likelier the outcome in the bookmaker’s view. The line updates until kick-off and then moves into the live section — there is a separate page on that.
Bet types and markets: outcome, total, handicap, stats
Outcome — the basic market: home win, draw, away win; tennis and basketball have no draw. Total — the combined number of goals, points or games over or under a set figure; “Over 2.5” wins if three or more goals are scored. Handicap — a virtual advantage: “H1 −1.5” means the favourite must win by two or more. Double chance combines two of three outcomes, both teams to score asks whether both sides find the net.
Player stats and match events — corners, cards, whether a specific player scores. These markets give more options, but the operator moves their odds faster. Esports and virtual sports have their own market set, with the same logic.
The bet slip: single, accumulator, system and payouts
A bet is built on the slip — on the site it sits on the right, in the mobile version and the app it opens with the Bet Slip button. Single — one event, payout = stake × odds. Accumulator — several events on one slip, odds multiply; losing any event loses the slip. Three events at 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 give 4.08 overall — 408,000 UZS back from 100,000 UZS.
System — a set of accumulators from chosen events: a “2 from 3” system is three doubles, so part of the payout survives one miss. Accumulators matter beyond risk: bonuses are wagered with them — slips of three events with at least three odds of 1.4 or higher.
Settlement rules worth knowing
The operator’s betting rules are a long document, but a few clauses affect the player directly. A bet is accepted once confirmed on the slip; it cannot be cancelled at the player’s wish before the event starts. If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement follows that sport’s rules — usually the stake is returned at odds of 1 if the event is not completed within the set period.
The operator reserves the right to resettle or void a bet in case of technical error, obviously wrong odds, a bet placed after the outcome was known, and rule breaches: multiple accounts, collusion, third-party software. These are standard terms for a licensed bookmaker, and it is better to know them before a dispute than after.
